Abstract:
Provided is a centrifugal clutch installation device that makes it possible to automate centrifugal clutch installation work, and to automate a process of installing a spring onto a weight, a process of installing a shaft member onto a support plate, and a process of installing the weight on which the spring has been installed onto the shaft member installed on the support plate. This centrifugal clutch installation device comprises a spring installation unit B, a support plate installation unit C, and a weight installation unit D. The weight installation unit D has a weight installation turntable 21 capable of moving a jig sequentially between a carrying-in position Pb1 for carrying in a support plate F and an installation position Pb2 for carrying in a weight W and installing the weight W onto the support plate F. The installation position Pb2 is for installing the weight W swingably by inserting a shaft member L into an insertion hole Wb of the weight W, in the stage of carrying in the weight W.
