Abstract:
A centering fastener, methods for manufacturing and using same, and a wind turbine are provided. The centering fastener comprises: a connection main body (101), a cushioning lining (103), and a centering component (102). The connection main body (101) is cylindrical, and comprises a connection portion (101a) and a rod portion (101b). The cushioning lining (103) is barrel-shaped and sleeves on at least a part of the rod portion (101b). The centering component (102) is provided at an outer surface of the cushioning lining (103). The rod portion (101b) is separated from the centering component (102) at least at a region of the cushioning lining (103). The cushioning lining (103) in the middle layer separates the rod portion (101b) of the connection main body (101) from the centering component (102). The centering component (102), the cushioning lining (103), and the connection main body (101) arranged from outside to inside form a layered positioning and connection structure, and external force to which the centering fastener is subjected in a positioning and connection position decreases accordingly layer by layer from outside to inside. In this way, the connection main body (101) is protected while positioning and connection are implemented, thereby effectively solving the problem of fatigue failure of the connection main body (101) due to concentrated stress.
