Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of membrane materials, and disclosed are a cellulose ultrafiltration membrane and a preparation method therefor. The cellulose ultrafiltration membrane comprises a main body, which sequentially comprises an ultrafiltration layer, a supporting layer and a substrate layer in the fluid flowing direction, wherein the ultrafiltration layer and the supporting layer comprise a cellulose polymer layer; and the substrate layer comprises a polytetrafluoroethylene layer, and the PMI average pore size of the substrate layer is greater than 1 μm. The polytetrafluoroethylene layer is a hydrophilic polytetrafluoroethylene layer; and the cellulose polymer layer and the polytetrafluoroethylene layer are permeated and combined to form a combined layer. The SEM average pore size of a first side surface is 1-90 nm. In the present invention, the polytetrafluoroethylene layer has a relatively smooth surface and high solvent resistance, and the cellulose polymer layer in the prepared ultrafiltration membrane has relatively small defects, such that the integrity of the ultrafiltration membrane is relatively good; in addition, the cellulose polymer can permeate into the polytetrafluoroethylene layer to form a combined layer, thereby eliminating the phenomenon of solute accumulation, such that the prepared ultrafiltration membrane has a good flux and compounding performance.
