Abstract:
Provided is a cell culture system capable of efficiently transferring cells in a bag-shaped culture vessel. This cell culture system, which cultures cells by using a culture vessel (10) having at least two ports (12, 13), comprises: a pressing member (24) that can press the culture vessel containing content fluid; a gas supply unit that supplies gas to the culture vessel (10); a first transfer unit that injects liquid or gas into the culture vessel (10); and a second transfer unit that discharges the liquid or gas from the culture vessel (10), wherein the gas is injected into the culture vessel (10) via the first port (12) from the gas supply unit by the first transfer unit, and the content fluid in the culture vessel (10) is moved to the second port (13) side.
