Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cavity filter for RF wireless communication, a tuning method for an RF filter, and an antenna module. The present invention relates to an antenna module comprising: an antenna substrate on which an antenna is included; a package substrate to which a wireless communication chip is coupled and on which a signal transmission line for transmitting a signal of the wireless communication chip is formed; and an interconnection member which is disposed between the antenna substrate and the package substrate, connects the antenna substrate and the package substrate to each other, and has a slot formed therein though which a wireless communication signal passes.
