Abstract:
Disclosed are a catalytic reaction device and a method for manufacturing a bubbler for the catalytic reaction device. The catalytic reaction device according to the present invention is a molten alloy catalyst reaction device characterized by comprising a bubbler for supplying raw material gas in the form of bubbles into a molten alloy catalyst. The bubbler comprises: a ceramic particle array having a single layer of spherical ceramic particles arranged in a closest packing structure; and a ceramic coating layer formed on at least one of the upper side or lower side of the ceramic particle array, wherein pores are formed between three adjacent ceramic particles among the ceramic particles by the ceramic coating layer.
