Abstract:
A catalytic cracking catalyst having rich mesoporous structure and a preparation method therefor. The catalyst, in a dry basis, contains: 10-35 wt% of a meso-macroporous aluminium oxide based on aluminum oxide, 5-30 wt% of an acidified binder based on oxide, 2-20 wt% of a second binder based on oxide, 20-60 wt% of a molecular sieve, and 5-50 wt% of clay. The meso-macroporous aluminium oxide is an aluminium oxide having a pseudo-diaspore structure, the total pore volume thereof is 0.5-2.0 mL/g, wherein the pore volume of 5-100 nm holes accounts for more than 80% of the total pore volume, the average pore diameter being 5-30 nm, and the specific surface area being 250-450 m 2/g. The mass ratio of the acidified binder to the meso-macroporous aluminium oxide is 0.5-1.0. The catalytic cracking catalyst provided in the present invention has a rich mesopore structure, and measured by a low-temperature nitrogen adsorption method, the total pore volume is not lower than 0.200 mL/g, the volume of 2-100 nm meso-macroporous pores accounts for more than 70% of the total pore volume, and the pore volume of 4-50 nm mesoporous pores accounts for more than 60% of the total pore volume, therefore, the wear resistance is good, the heavy oil conversion capability is enhanced, and the coke selectivity is obviously improved.
