Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of flue gas component analysis. In particular it relates to a carbonyl compound trapping agent, and a trapping device and a detection method for carbonyl compounds in output flue gas. The carbonyl compound trapping agent is prepared through the following steps: A first metal/SiO2 composite hollow sphere being prepared using the layer-by-layer self-assembly method with a PS microsphere as a core; dipping the first metal/SiO2 composite hollow sphere into an SiO2 suspension, then taking out and drying same; then plating a second metal thereon, and then soaking same in an HF solution to remove SiO2, obtaining a hollow sphere having an opening; arranging ions of the first metal and ions of the second metal, and the hollow sphere together with the organic ligand material to form a metal-organic framework material; loading 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine on the metal-organic framework material. According to the present application, a solid carrier is utilized to load the 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine, so that when the carbonyl compound in the flue gas is trapped, other chemical substances in the flue gas are not trapped, and analysis accuracy is improved.
