Claims:
CLAIMS

1- The invention relates to a cap roofing nail, wherein requires: i. a nail head (1.1) located on the body (1) whose upper surface is formed with a large structure, ii. a screw-shaped twisted structure (1.3) on the body (1), iii. a cap coated with galvanized and/or yellow zinc coating

2- As indicated in claim 1, it is a system characterized as having a cap (2) coated with galvanized and/or yellow coating.

3- It is the body (1) mentioned in claim 1, and it is characterized by having a large nail head (1.1) created by applying pressure to the nail point (1.2).

4- As indicated in claim 1, it is a system characterized by having a cap (2) made of metal.

5- As indicated in claim 1, it is a system characterized by having a cap (2) and a gasket (3) which manufactured in one piece.

6- As indicated in claim 1, it is a system characterized by having a gasket (3) made of PVC plastic.

7- The invention is an alternative embodiment of the flat roof nail, and it is characterized in that; i. the body (1) formed in one piece with the cap (2), ii. twisted structure (1.3) on the body (1) and formed as a screw, iii. the nail head (1.1) on the body (1) formed with the upper surface wide. iv. includes the top cap (2) covered with galvanized and/or yellow coating.

8- A method for providing invention, comprising of; i. in the nail machine, by applying high pressure to the nail point (1.2), forming the wide nail head (1.1) (101), ii. in the nail machine, twisted structure (1.3) in the form of screws on the body (1) (102), iii. hot-dip galvanizing and/or nickel yellow coating by immersing the hat (2) and body (1) in hot pools filled with zinc (103), iv. linking the PVC plastic gasket (3) from the bottom of the hat (2) with galvanized and/or nickel yellow coating to the tight-fitting way (104), v. joining the metal cap (2) and PVC plastic gasket (3) over the nail body (1) and connecting it with the nail head (1.1) (105)

8- An alternative method for providing invention, comprising of: i. in the nail machine, by applying high pressure to the nail point (1.2), forming the wide nail head (1.1) (101), ii. forming a single piece in the nail machine with the cap (2) and the body

(1) as a single piece, (106), iii. in the nail machine, twisted structure (1.3) in the form of screws on the body (1) (102), iv. hot-dip galvanizing and/or nickel yellow coating by immersing the hat

(2) and body (1) in hot pools filled with zinc (103), v. linking the PVC plastic gasket (3) from the bottom of the hat (2) with galvanized and/or nickel yellow coating to the tight-fitting way

CAP ROOFING NAIL AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

Field of The Invention:

The present invention relates to the cap roofing nail and its production method, which can be used in roofing and coating, in the assembly of corrugated sheets and wave shaped roofing sheets.

State of the Art:

Nails are the main products that allow the two parts to be attached to each other. Nails are pointed or headless metal tools. There are copper, steel, iron, zinc, brass and aluminum alloy nails according to the metal used. Since nails are used in many different jobs, they can be produced in different forms depending on the properties of the place where they are used.

Cap nails drawn from thick round wire, which are called construction nails, are generally used on roofs. Their necks are also serrated to prevent easy removal. Their thickness can be from 2 mm to 7 mm and their lengths can be between 4 and 20 cm in length. It is used for building construction formwork, ceiling and floorboards, ladder and door frames, fastening to their places, and performing roof and similar works.

Today, roofing material and sheet metal are used in roofing, with rubber gaskets, paillettes and nails or nails with a plastic head, so that the plastic gutters and tarpaulins are fixed. The main reason for using a cap nail is that it is waterproof. Because the biggest problem in roofing systems is to prevent water leakage.

The disadvantages are that in systems where neoprene gaskets are used, the system is not monolithic, the need for centering is increased, the labor time increases and it requires effort for a certain period of time. The disadvantage of nails with plastic caps is that the flathead is not opened sufficiently.

In the nails in the current system, due to external factors and weights, stretching and breakage occur over time. In addition, the nails rust over time with the effect of rain and snow, making them impossible to reuse. However, it is impossible to disassemble without damaging the coating or exterior material since it will be removed with pincers and similar materials.

Turkish Patent Number 2018/00619 issued on Jan. 17, 2018, discloses a roofing nails. The invention relates to a roofing nail made of metal material and containing a movable cap and a gasket connected to this cap.

The product of the invention mentioned above is not used in pitched roofs. In addition, due to the fact that the hat is not galvanized, the cap cannot resist resistance and breaks very easily while driving. This increases additional workload and costs.

Turkish Patent Number 2011/00586 issued on Jan. 21, 2011, discloses a reusable seal- head mounting nail for all kinds of wood and plastic materials, siding and roofing. The invention is a reusable seal-head mounting nail that allows for re-use of all kinds of wood and plastic materials, without damaging the structure of the system used for fixing siding and roofing. The invention basically consists of a nail head, screwing apparatus, body made of metal, and metric threads.

Turkish Patent Number 2007/06347 issued on Sept. 13, 2007, discloses TR200706347 a fastener for roofing. The invention relates to the fasteners used for fixing the roofing products, including a plug and a roof covering and a fixing nail for fixing this roof covering to the frame structure.

These nails, which are also available on the market, are not produced as galvanized or nickel yellow coating, so their performance is not sufficient. In addition, since they do not have screw-shaped augers on the body of the nail, they move by rotating on the ground. These nails get water into the seam area of the roof over time. It shows dimensional changes due to temperature differences and caused by thermal expansion. It allows electrochemical interactions and causes roof damage due to corrosion. Creates damage caused by errors in the design and construction process.

The present inventions weaken the conservative factors over time due to the aerodynamic pressure created by the airflow visible on the roof or the internal pressure variations under the roof. It is easily damaged by the pressure and tensile effects created by sudden atmospheric pressure changes, and the clips are detached from the nail. It is mandatory to offer innovative products on the roofs as well as traditional materials.

Under the current conditions, the production of roofed roof nails is made as follows:

- Carbon steel wire is wound on the cylinder,

- Thick wire is stretched and thinned by reducing the wire width,

- The thinned wire is wound on a roller,

- The thinned wire is cut into small pieces,

- After cutting into small pieces, they are collected and inserted into a machine that will process them,

- Parts are cut by a knife and converted into real nails that make up the tip of the nail,

- Then, the head part is created by applying pressure to the ends of the nail,

- Then it is produced in the form of associating the plastic cap per nail.

Considering the method used today, the cap part is made of plastic. The hat part of the nail is not made of metal and even galvanized and/or nickel yellow zinc coating is not applied to increase the strength. This negatively affects the strength of roofing nails.

Consequently, there is a need for a new technology that able to overcome the above- mentioned disadvantages, made of a water-tight, adapt to all kinds of atmospheric conditions, to save labor and time by keeping the system intact with its stabilizer feature, eliminate centering problems, offer a quick and easy assembly, made from a material that is resistant to flexing and breakage.

Description of the Invention:

The present invention is cap roofing nail and production method, and it is characterized in that; It is a cap nail which is produced with metal cap, plastic PVC seal, twisted, galvanized and/or nickel yellow zinc coating, used in roof manufacturing and coating for the installation of corrugated sheets and corrugations.

In the invention, the metal cap part and nail body are covered with the hot-dip galvanized coating method. Metal hats and nails are covered by immersion in hot zinc filled with liquid zinc. As a result of this method, the metal is covered with an armor measured by microns. This armor prevents rusting in many atmospheric environments. Thus, it can maintain its resistance from the first day for years without requiring maintenance and repair.

The invention is a new technology that can overcome the disadvantages, stabilize, the workmanship that can be produced in a single state and save time, eliminate centering problems, provide a quick and easy assembly, and provides water-tightness by being manufactured from flex and breakage resistant material.

The invention is used in roof manufacturing and roofing. It is used for the installation of corrugated sheets and ondulines. Due to its durability, it eliminates the problem of water leakage by taking the shape of the ondulin with its flexible structure. It can be used locally on roofs of 8 cm and 10 cm, as well as roofs of 6 cm and 7 cm.

The invention implements a high standard in environmentalism. It offers fast and easy application with the developed production method. It is waterproof since it does not move and come off at the installation site. It is suitable for all climatic conditions and does not rust. Since it is made of galvanized and/or yellow zinc coating, it shows high mechanical strength. The invention provides advantages with its wooden purlin or veneer board, steel profile, heat insulated or non-insulated, suitable for all roof types. It can be used on flat or curved surfaces, low slope or steep roofs with the same ease. The invention provides an alternative solution for easily fixing the roofing felt and other roofing materials. The invention can be produced with a movable and/or fixed head. With the use of plastic PVC gasket associated with the cap on the body in the invention, it is not affected by temperature changes and can resist breakage and abrasion. There is no leakage of water between the metal cap and the gasket

In the alternative embodiment of the invention, the body and the cap are produced as a whole. The cap is produced by pressing the nail head in the nail machine. It is then covered with galvanized and/or yellow zinc coating. Thus, the strength of the invention increases, creating a more robust and durable structure

Disclosure of the Invention:

The invention consists of a galvanized and/or yellow zinc coating of the body (1) with a screw- formed twisted structure (1.3), a large nail head (1.1), and a cap (2). (Figure -3, Figure -4).

The invention has a screw-formed twisted structure (1.3). (Figure-1, Figure-2). The invention has a wide nail head (1.1) formed by applying pressure to the nail point(1.2) (Figure- 1, Figure-2). The invention has a cap (2) made of metal (Figure-3, Figure-4).

The invention has a gasket (3) produced as a whole with the cap (2) (Figure- 1, Figure- 2). The invention includes gasket (3) made of PYC plastic (Figure-3, Figure-4). The invention includes the body (1) formed in one piece with the cap (2) in the alternative embodiment of the cap roofing nail (Figure-3, Figure-4). Cap (2) and body (1) are produced in one piece. The gasket (3) is connected to the cap (2) by passing the body (1) through the hole in the middle of the gasket (3) through the bottom part of the cap (2). There is a twisted structure (1.3) on the body (1). Thus, the body (1) can be easily entered into the floor (Figure-3, Figure-4). The invention includes the twisted structure (1.3) on the body (1) and a cap (2) coated with galvanized and/or yellow zinc coating. (Figure-3, Figure-4).

In another alternative embodiment of the invention, it consists of a cap (2) coated with galvanized and/or yellow zinc coating and a body (1) formed in one piece. There is no twisted structure (1.3) formed as a screw on the body (1) (Figure -3, Figure -4).

The production method of the invention includes following process steps; creating a wide nail head (1.1) by applying high pressure to the nail tip (1.2) in the nail machine

(101), making a screw-shaped twisted structure (1.3) on the body (1) in the nail machine

(102), hot-dip galvanizing and/or nickel yellow coating by dipping and removing the metal hat (2) and the body (1) into the hot pools filled with zinc (103), correlation of the PVC plastic gasket (3) from the lower part of the metal cap (2) with galvanized and/or nickel yellow coating (104), connecting the metal cap (2) and PVC plastic gasket (3) with the nail head (1.1) by passing it over the nail body (1) (105). The alternative production method of the invention includes following process steps; monolithic forming of the body (1) with the hat (2) in the form of one piece in the nail machine (106), making the screw-shaped twisted structure (1.3) on the body in the nail machine (102), the cap (2) and the body (1) zinc-filled hot-dip galvanized and/or nickel yellow coating (103) by dipping into pools and associating PVC plastic gasket (3) from the bottom of the cap (2) with galvanized and/or nickel yellow coating (104). (Figure- 1, Figure-2). Detailed Description:

The invention is basically; galvanized and/or yellow zinc coating on the wide nail head (1.1), a twisted structure (1.3), a cap (2) and the body (1) (Figure-3, Figure-4).

The invention is passed through the hole in the middle of the galvanized and/or yellow coated body (1) made of metal material associated with the gasket (3). The gasket (3) is connected to the lower part of the cap (2). A screw-shaped twisted structure (1.3) is formed on the galvanized and/or yellow coated body (1). Thus, the body (1) can move to the ground more easily while driving. When the nail head (1.1) is hit, the sealed (3) hat (2) can move along the length of the body (1) according to the direction of impact, and it can find its exact place on the ground at the end of the nailing process. Large nail head (1.1) on the galvanized and/or yellow zinc coated body (1) (Figure-3, Figure-4).

The production method of the invention is basically; creating the nail head part (101), making the nail twist (102), coating (103), assembling (104), binding (105), producing monolithic (106) (Figure-1, Figure-2).
