Abstract:
A capacitor (1A) is provided with: an insulation substrate (10); a metal porous body (21); a capacitive formation part (20) comprising a dielectric film (22) and a conductive film (23); and a sealing part (30) that seals the capacitive formation part (20). The capacitive formation part (20) is provided on a first main surface (10a) of the insulation substrate (10). A first external connection wiring including a first via conductor (13) which penetrates the insulation substrate (10) from the first main surface (10a) side to the second main surface (10b) side is connected to the metal porous body (21). A second external connection wiring including a second via conductor (14) which penetrates the insulation substrate (10) from the first main surface (10a) side to the second main surface (10b) side is connected to the conductive film (23). When seen along the normal direction of the first main surface (10a), the first and second via conductors (13, 14) are both arranged in a region where the capacitive formation part (20) is placed.
