Abstract:
This capacitor module (20) comprises: a capacitor element (21); a plurality of connection terminals (24P, 24N, 25P, 25N) for electrically connecting the capacitor element (21) to a semiconductor module (10) that is a separate apparatus and to a power supply; and an external cover film (22) that comprises a resin film having an electrical insulating property and surrounds the capacitor element (21) excluding the plurality of connection terminals (24P, 24N, 25P, 25N).
