Abstract:
A capacitor holder comprising: a main body section into which the distal end of a capacitor can be inserted; and a lead section secured to the main body section and solderable to a predetermined mounting location. The main body section is shaped so as to have an opening through which the distal end of the capacitor is exposed when the distal end of the capacitor is inserted, and an end-face abutment that abuts the distal end face of the capacitor at the perimeter of a pressure valve. The lead section is secured to the main body section at a location to the opposite side of a reference plane from the capacitor, where the reference plane is a plane containing the distal end face of the capacitor abutting the end-face abutment.
