Abstract:
A capacitance element having a desired capacitance is stably manufactured by suppressing a capacitance change due to positional shift between electrodes facing each other with a dielectric layer therebetween. The capacitance element is provided with a dielectric layer (10), a first electrode (11) formed on a predetermined surface (10a) of the dielectric layer (10), and a second electrode (12) formed on a surface (10b) of the dielectric layer (10), i.e., on the dielectric layer surface opposite to the surface (10a). The shapes of the first and second electrodes (11, 12) are set so that the area of a counter electrode region between the first electrode (11) and the second electrode (12) does not change, even when the first electrode (11) is shifted in position in the predetermined direction relatively to the second electrode (12).
