Abstract:
A calibration circuit comprises a selection unit, a power detector, an analog-to-digital converter and a calibrator. The selection unit is connected to a plurality of channels and selects two channels among the plurality of channels, provides test signals to the selected two channels and receives test result signals from the selected two channels. The power detector detects the electric power of the selected two channels on the basis of the test result signals. The analog-to-digital converter carries out analog-to-digital conversion of an output of the power detector. The calibrator compensates for the phases and gains of the plurality of channels on the basis of an output of the analog-to-digital converter. One channel among the plurality of channels is set as a reference channel, and, on the basis of the reference channel, the phases and gains of the rest of the plurality of channels excluding the reference channel are consecutively optimized, and the phase and gain of the reference channel is optimized on the basis of one channel among the rest of the channels.
