Abstract:
A cable spraying device, comprising a machine frame (1), a spraying box assembly (2), a paint storage box (3), a pump (4), a paint spraying assembly (5), and a motor (10). A box body (2-1) of the spraying box assembly (2) is divided into two bin bodies (2a, 2b). The paint storage box (3) is provided with a plurality of reflow ports (3-2, 3-3). Paint spraying holes (5-21) of the paint spraying assembly (5) are provided in a cylindrical spiral shape. An air jet assembly (6) is further arranged behind the paint spraying assembly (5). An annular air jet device (7) in the air jet assembly (6) is provided with an annular air jet port (72). The cable spraying device is simple in structure, can avoid mutual interference between airflows of the paint spraying process and the air jet process, can avoid mutual interference between the paint spraying holes, and can collect redundant paint and keep the outer surface flatness of the cable.
