Abstract:
The present invention comprises a purge gas flow path 60 for supplying a butterfly valve 1 with a purge gas for preventing a control fluid from flowing into a magnetic fluid sealing portion 19 from a flow path 30 through an insertion hole 8d. The purge gas flow path 60 is provided with an opening/closing valve 62 for opening/closing the purge gas flow path 60 and a pressure gauge 64 for measuring a pressure value in the purge gas flow path 60, in the stated order from the upstream side. The purge gas flow path 60 is connected to a portion between the magnetic fluid sealing portion 19 and the flow path 30 of the butterfly valve 1 on the downstream side of the pressure gauge 64, and communicates with the flow path 30 through the insertion hole 8d. The present invention further comprises a control device 70 that controls at least the opening/closing valve 62. The control device 70 is provided with a monitoring program for monitoring a pressure value P.
