Abstract:
Provided is a butterfly pressure control valve with a simple structure and reduced size, the valve being suitable when controlling the pressure inside a vacuum region, exhibiting high sealing properties with motive power from a single driving source while accurately controlling flow rate from a minute flow rate to a large flow rate, and exhibiting an isolation function to rapidly control pressure from atmospheric pressure to a low vacuum. In the present invention, a valve opening/closing mechanism (10) comprises a valve body (11) that rotates in a direction that is perpendicular to the flow channel (4), a seat ring (12) that moves back and forth in the direction of the flow channel (4) and contacts and separates from the valve body (11), a cam mechanism (13) for separating the seat ring (12) from the valve body (11) and rotating the valve body (11), and a reciprocating movement mechanism (14) for moving the seat ring (12) back and forth in the direction of the valve body (11). The valve opening/closing mechanism: rotates the valve body (11) without sliding while separating same from the seat ring (12) using the cam mechanism (13); controls the pressure inside the flow channel (4) when the valve body (11) is rotated to the closed valve state by causing the seat ring (12) to contact or separate from the valve body (11) using the cam mechanism (13) and the reciprocating movement mechanism (14); and is provided so as to be capable of being driven by a single driving source.
