Abstract:
A burning high-alkali coal slagging contamination prevention and control method based on boiler zone control. The method comprises the following steps: 1) the inside of a boiler is divided into a slagging zone, a severe contamination zone, a strong contamination zone, and a general contamination zone according to temperatures; 2) by reducing combustion chamber section thermal load and burner zone wall surface thermal load parameters, the slagging zone is controlled to be a zone from a burner to the over-fired air height, the range of the slagging zone is reduced, and a temperature window for alkali metal release is reduced; 3) by reducing combustion chamber volume thermal load parameters, the severe contamination zone is controlled to be a zone from over-fired air to a combustion chamber outlet, and a large quantity of alkali metal compounds is deposited in the severe contamination zone; 4) by means of reasonable heated surface arrangement, the strong contamination zone is controlled in a horizontal flue zone, and the contamination probability of the heated surface of a horizontal flue is reduced; and 5) by means of reasonable heated surface arrangement, the general contamination zone is controlled in a tail flue zone. The method provides technical support for design and safe operation of a newly-built fully-burnt high-alkali coal unit boiler.
