Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a burner tile structure with which it is possible to suitably reinforce and hold a burner tile and prevent the burner tile from fracturing, breaking, or otherwise becoming damaged even when the size or length of the burner tile is increased. [Solution] A burner tile 4 formed from a castable, the burner tile comprising a combustion chamber 6 in which a burner flame to be released from a burner port 7 into a furnace interior 5 is generated, wherein: tile reinforcement pipes 8 made of metal are provided inside the burner tile so as to be embedded near the combustion chamber so that the tile reinforcement pipes 8 do not come into contact with the burner flame in the combustion chamber; cooling water is channeled through the tile reinforcement pipes; the tile reinforcement pipes are formed in a U-shape crossing the side of the combustion chamber; and a pair of rising parts 8a, 8b, one serving as the cooling water supply side and the other serving as the cooling water discharge side, extend to the exterior of the furnace.
