Abstract:
The present invention provides an buried type vibration isolator, comprising a pre-buried mounting seat, a spring assembly, and a height adjusting gasket; one end of the spring assembly is embedded in the pre-buried mounting seat, and the other end of the spring assembly abuts against a base by means of the height adjusting gasket. Therefore, the buried type vibration isolator of the present invention has a compact structure and a small number of parts; during mounting, the mounting can be completed by only placing the height adjusting gasket and the spring assembly at predetermined vibration isolator positions on the base, and then placing a track bed slab in which the pre-buried mounting seat is buried; the mounting is convenient, the construction time is short, and other large-sized assembly devices are not needed except a hoisting device used for hoisting the track bed slab, and therefore, the buried type vibration isolator is suitable for construction of an elevated trackway. A rubber spring is arranged inside a wrapping structure formed by fitting an upper housing to a lower housing so as to reasonably restrain transverse and longitudinal deformation of the rubber spring, thereby avoiding the impact of external sundries, dust and the like on the rubber spring, facilitating maintaining ideal rigidity of the rubber spring, guaranteeing a vibration-damping effect, and prolonging the service life.
