Abstract:
A built-in lever-type buckle structure, comprising a clamping groove (1) disposed on an inner wall of an external workpiece (001), a mounting groove (2) disposed on an outer wall of an internal workpiece (002), and a clamping block (3) disposed within the mounting groove (2); the positions of the clamping groove (1) and the mounting groove (2) are oppositely provided; a protruding strip (21) is transversely disposed at the bottom portion of the mounting groove (2); the clamping block (3) may perform a lever motion by using the protruding strip (21) as a fulcrum; and an inward inclined slope (11) is disposed at the bottom portion of the clamping groove (1). When being assembled, the internal workpiece (002) having the clamping block (3) built in may be unobstructedly sleeved in the external workpiece (001); the slope (11) of the clamping groove (1) may push one end of the clamping block (3) to be closer to the bottom portion of the mounting groove (2), and the other end of the clamping block (3) rotates around the protruding strip (21), makes contact with the bottom portion of the clamping groove (1), and is clamped to the end portion of the clamping groove (1). Therefore, the internal workpiece (002) is fixed inside of the external workpiece (001). Said structure structure enables the internal workpiece (002) to be conveniently and smoothly sleeved into the installation position of the external workpiece (001) and then locked, can prevent scratching of an internal wall of the external workpiece (001) or an external wall of the internal workpiece (002), and prevent cracking of the external workpiece (001) due to pressing by a buckle.
