Abstract:
A buffer (D) is provided with: a piston rod (3) on the outer periphery of which a first thread groove (3a) and a second thread groove (3b) different in pitch are formed; a first nut (5) that is engaged with the first thread groove (3a) so as to fix a piston (2) to the piston rod (3); and a second nut (61) that is engaged with the second thread groove (3b) so as to fix a damping force adjustment part (4) to the piston rod (3), wherein the piston nut (5) and the nut member (61) are integrated in such a manner that the relative rotations thereof in the circumferential direction are blocked by a connection means.
