Provided are a buckle assembly and an air conditioner. The buckle assembly comprises a first buckle member (2), a second buckle member (3) and a third buckle member (4), wherein the second buckle member (3) comprises a connection base (7) and two elastic pieces (9), and the two elastic pieces (9) are respectively arranged on the connection base (7) and are arranged opposite each other; the same end of the two elastic pieces (9) is respectively provided with first clamping protrusions (11), and forms a first clamping structure (12); the other end of the two elastic pieces (9) is respectively provided with second clamping protrusions (14), and forms a second clamping structure (15); a through hole (10) is provided on the connection base (7), the first buckle member (2) is provided with a first clamping part, and the first clamping part is clamped to the first clamping structure (12); and the third buckle member (4) is provided with a second clamping part, and the second clamping part can penetrate the through hole (10) and is clamped to the second clamping structure (15), or, the second clamping structure (15) penetrates the through hole (10) and is clamped to the second clamping part. The buckle assembly is easy to disassemble and assemble, and firm connection is achieved.
