Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a brush molded body and a toothbrush which have a high degree of freedom of design. The present invention includes: a head base part formed of a soft resin; and a plurality of filaments that extend, toward the front side, from a support surface which is located on the front side of the head base part in the thickness-direction thereof. The head base part includes: an engagement hole that extends in a length direction orthogonal to the thickness direction and that is open on one side in the length direction; a base that is positioned toward the front side of the engagement hole and that includes the support surface and a retaining surface which faces the engagement hole; and at least one structure that protrudes from the retaining surface of the base towards the rear side which is opposite the front side in the thickness direction.
