Abstract:
Disclosed is a bristle-planting mechanism with depth compensation. The bristle-planting mechanism with depth compensation at least comprises: a clamping base (2), a bristle-planting head (3), a rotary module (4), a longitudinal movement module (5), a transverse movement module (6) and a depth compensation module (7), wherein the clamping base (2) clamps at least one brush tool (1) in an inclined manner, the rotary module (4) provides rotating power for the clamping base (2), the longitudinal movement module (5) provides longitudinal movement power for the clamping base (2), the transverse movement module (6) provides transverse movement power for the clamping base (2), the depth compensation module (7) is provided with at least one inclined guide block (71), a bearing seat (72) and an adjusting seat (73), and when the bristle-planting head (3) provides a plurality of bristle bundles (11) in a bristle planting direction and plants same into the brush tool (1), the depth compensation module (7) is used for conducting depth compensation on the clamping base (2) in the bristle-planting direction, such that the bristle bundles (11) are arranged on the brush tool (1) in a manner of being inclined at a predetermined angle, and the bristle bundles (11) can be maintained at the same depth in the brush tool (1).
