Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of protective valves. Disclosed is a breather valve core. A valve rod of the valve core is fixed at the central position of a valve disc, a plurality of connecting holes are provided in the valve disc, the outer edge of the valve disc is provided with a backflushing structure, and the valve disc is provided with a cushioning groove; a diaphragm having a slightly small diameter is tightly attached to the lower surface of the valve disc, the center of the diaphragm is fixed to the valve rod, and the diaphragm is provided with a plurality of connecting holes aligned with the connecting holes of the valve disc; a diaphragm pressing plate having a slightly small diameter is tightly attached to the lower side of the diaphragm, the center of the diaphragm pressing plate is fixed to the valve rod, and the diaphragm pressing plate is provided with a plurality of connecting holes aligned with the connecting holes of the diaphragm; and the valve disc, the diaphragm, and the diaphragm pressing plate are fixed by means of the connecting holes. The breather valve core of the present invention not only meets the sealing requirement in a low-set-point high-pressure-bearing working condition, but also ensures the discharge capacity of the breather valve and the service life of the diaphragm while maintaining the lowest set point of the valve at 0.1 to 0.3 or -0.1 to -0.3 kPag.
