Abstract:
A braking device for an electric motor driving shaft, the braking device comprising a front shell (1), wherein a rotating rod (2) is rotatably connected to the interior of the front shell (1), a connecting assembly (3) is movably arranged at one end of the rotating rod (2), and a driving assembly (4) is fixedly arranged at one end of the connecting assembly (3). The connecting assembly (3) comprises a driving head (301), wherein the driving head (301) is movably connected to one end of the rotating rod (2), a driving arm (302) is hinged to a surface of the end of the driving head (301) away from the rotating rod (2), and a rotating cover (303) is movably connected to a surface of the driving arm (302). The device is powered off by means of a first electromagnet (402); under the compression effect of a first damping spring (405), a first permanent magnet (403) cooperates with a driving ring (406) and a movement channel (407) by means of a first movable rod (404) to drive the driving arm (302) to be hinged to the driving head (301), and the driving arm (302) is separated from an inner wall of a driving recess (304); and at this moment, a driving relationship between the rotating rod (2) and the rotating cover (303) is stopped, and therefore, the rotating rod (2) can naturally stop after rotating under inertia for a certain time, thereby preventing a load from forming on the rotating rod (2) due to the braking of an output shaft (305) and accordingly eliminating the influence on the service life of the device.
