Provided are a boron nitride film, a preparation method therefor, a boron nitride composite film comprising same, a thermal interface material and an application thereof, the boron nitride film being composed of two-dimensional boron nitride nanosheets and having a plane orientation. The thermal interface material of the present invention has relatively high thermal conductivity and excellent mechanical properties.
