Abstract:
A boom hydraulic system, comprising an oil tank (10), a hydraulic pump (1), boom cylinders (8), a multi-way valve (9), and a reversing valve (4). The hydraulic pump comprises a sealed working chamber (11) and an oil outlet channel (12), a first oil suction channel (13), and a second oil suction channel (14) which are separately communicated with the sealed working chamber. The oil outlet channel (12) is communicated with an oil inlet chamber of the multi-way valve (9); the first oil suction channel (13) is communicated with the oil tank (10); the second oil suction channel (14) is communicated with rodless chambers of the boom cylinders (8) by means of one oil path of the reversing valve (4); the multi-way valve (9) is provided with a first boom linkage (91) and a second boom linkage (92); a working oil port of the first boom linkage (91) is communicated with the rodless chambers of the boom cylinders (8) by means of the other oil path of the reversing valve (4); a working oil port of the second boom linkage (92) is communicated with rod chambers of the boom cylinders (8). Middle-pressure return oil in lower chambers of the boom cylinders can be directly recycled by the hydraulic pump, and the recycling efficiency is high; moreover, the cost is low and the advantages are obvious.
