Abstract:
A book trimming machine capable of accurate positioning, the machine comprising a bearing table (1), protection assemblies and a book pressing mechanism (2). The book pressing mechanism (2) is arranged at the top end of the bearing platform (1). Two protection assemblies are provided, and the two protection assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of the book pressing mechanism (2). Each protection assembly comprises a connecting plate (4), wherein the connecting plate (4) is mounted on one side of the book pressing mechanism (2); a first T-shaped groove (5) is formed in the middle of the connecting plate (4); an I-shaped slide block (6) is provided in an inner cavity of the first T-shaped groove (5); a protective backing plate (7) is arranged on one side of the I-shaped slide block (6); a second T-shaped groove (9) is formed in the middle of the protective backing plate (7); and an inner cavity of the second T-shaped groove (9) is in sliding connection with the outer wall of one side of the I-shaped slide block (6). By means of applying a pulling force to the I-shaped slide block towards the connecting plate, a gap is formed between one side of the I-shaped slide block and one side of the connecting plate, that is, the pressing positioning on the protective backing plate is released, and a vertical acting force is applied to the protective backing plate, such that the protective backing plate can be detached from the book pressing mechanism, and the detaching process is simple and convenient, thereby improving the working efficiency of the book pressing mechanism.
