Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bone regeneration composition comprising collagen, thrombin, and albumin, a therapeutic use using same, and a dosage form. The composition and the dosage form, according to the present invention, may not only activate undifferentiated cells in bone marrow but also may activate a bone regeneration capacity in bone marrow through the activation and differentiation of osteoclasts and osteoblasts. Accordingly, the present invention may be usefully employed for treatment of a state of requiring bone regeneration, for example, a disease caused by a defect in bone remodeling, especially, bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaws.
