Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bolt and nut loosening prevention assembly for preventing loosening of a bolt and a nut that fix a first member and a second member to each other, characterized by comprising: a loosening prevention member (110) coupled to the bolt and the nut that are coupled to the first member and the second member, respectively; a cap (130) which is detachably coupled to the loosening prevention member (110) and prevents the loosening prevention member (110) from rotating; and a double washer (120) which is fixedly coupled to the inside of the loosening prevention member (110) and prevents loosening of the bolt and the nut, wherein the loosening prevention member (110) comprises: a loosening prevention body (111) having formed therein a bolt coupling hole (112) into which a bolt shaft of the bolt is inserted, and having a ring wall (113) of a predetermined thickness formed concentrically with the bolt coupling hole (112) at the outer circumferential surface thereof; and a cap insertion ring (114) formed concentrically between the ring wall (113) and the bolt coupling hole (112) and lower in height than the ring wall (113), and wherein a cap insertion groove (115) into which the cap (130) is inserted is formed between an inner wall surface of the ring wall (113) and the cap insertion ring (114), an outer ratchet (114a) is formed on the inner diameter of the cap insertion ring (114), a washer seating surface (112a) formed to be stepped and recessed in a predetermined area toward the bolt coupling hole (112) is provided in the inner bottom surface of the cap insertion ring (114), hook insertion long holes (115a) formed by penetrating the loosening prevention body (111) to a certain length in the circumferential direction are provided on both sides of the cap insertion groove (115), and hook catching protrusions (115b) formed to be recessed inward to a predetermined depth are provided in a stepped manner on a bottom surface where the hook insertion long holes (115a) are formed.
