Abstract:
Disclosed are a boiler wet water recovery system under a low load of a coal-fired unit and a working method. In the present invention, a portion of boiler wet water in a water storage tank is introduced into a water side inlet of a deaerator instead of the original four-stage extraction steam heating condensate. The mass and heat of said portion of the wet water is recovered and used. When the amount of wet water is large, a low-pressure heater may be shut down so as to use more wet water to heat the condensate, thus maximizing the mass and heat utilization, and greatly improving the operating economy of the unit under deep peak shaving and low load.
