Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a furnace 1; a burner 2 that burns fuel to generate a combustion gas and that is disposed at an inner side wall of the furnace 1; a combustion gas exhaust port 1a that serves as an outlet for the combustion gas from the furnace 1 and that is disposed at a bottom side wall of the furnace 1; a combustion gas flow channel 3 through which the combustion gas passes and which is connected to the combustion gas exhaust port 1a; and a heat transmission unit 4 that has a plurality of heat transmission pipes 18 for exchanging heat with the combustion gas and generating steam or raising the temperature, and that is disposed in the combustion gas flow channel 3. The combustion gas flow channel 3 is placed at ground level 17.
