Provided is a blind bolt which can be fastened with high axial force by means of a commercial tool without using a fastening tool. This blind bolt for fastening an attachment member (71) having an attachment hole (73) formed therein and an attached member (70) having an attachment hole formed therein is provided with: a bolt (10) having a large-diameter head part (11), a cylindrical part (13) adjacent to the head part, and a male screw part (15) adjacent to the cylindrical part; a shear nut (20) in which a circular hole (22) through which the cylindrical part of the bolt passes, a first polygonal hole (23) adjacent to the circular hole, and a second polygonal hole (24) adjacent to the first polygonal hole are formed; a shearable washer (30) which, around the cylindrical part of the bolt, can be accommodated in the second polygonal hole; a cylindrical shear sleeve (40) in which is formed a shear sleeve hole (42) through which the cylindrical part of the bolt passes; a cylindrical enlarged diameter sleeve (50) in which is formed an enlarged diameter sleeve hole (52) through which the cylindrical part of the bolt passes; and a drive nut having a drive nut hole formed therein and having a female screw part (62) that can be engaged with the male screw part of the bolt.
