Abstract:
A blast furnace recovery and smelting apparatus and method for lead-containing materials, which belong to the technical field of environmental protection. The apparatus comprises a blast furnace, a powder storage tank, a mixer, a coal injection distributor, a lower annular flue, an upper annular flue, a furnace gas lead recovery system I, a furnace gas lead recovery system II, an air blower I, an air blower II and a nitrogen sweeper. In the present invention, lead-containing materials are smelted and recovered by utilizing a blast furnace smelting technological process, and lead-containing furnace gas is partially introduced into the lead recovery systems for repeated recovery by utilizing a lead steam pressure difference generated by a temperature difference of flue gas in the blast furnace. In the present invention, waste batteries are recovered and treated while steel is smelted, such that two purposes are achieved by means of one step. Moreover, no lead pollution is caused for coal gas and furnace slag, the content of lead in molten iron is not increased, and the energy consumption is also very low. The present invention poses no secondary pollution risk, and the lead emissions thereof are almost zero; the utilization of an existing iron-making blast furnace achieves a small investment in transformation and low operation costs; and no waste is generated.
