Abstract:
Disclosed are a blast furnace-converter production system based on a molten iron ladle crossing vehicle (3), and an operation method for the system. The system comprises an iron-making workshop (1), a steel-making workshop (5), a molten iron transportation rail (2), and the crossing vehicle (3), which travels on the molten iron transportation rail (2). The system further comprises a scrap steel stockpiling and batching room (6). The molten iron transportation rail (2) sequentially connects the iron making workshop (1), the steel making workshop (5) and the scrap steel stockpiling and batching room (6) in series, and the scrap steel stockpiling and batching room (6) is provided with a scrap steel transfer unit (7) for adding scrap steel into a molten iron ladle (4). The scrap steel stockpiling and batching room (6) is independently arranged, and the work of the scrap steel transfer unit (7) does not interfere with the work of apparatuses of the steel making workshop (5) such as an overhead travelling crane, such that a scrap steel addition speed and efficiency are improved under the condition that the production operation of an existing converter is not affected; and on the basis of a running feature whereby the crossing vehicle (3) can travel in two directions without traction of a machine head, the scrap steel stockpiling and batching room (6) is arranged behind the steel making workshop (5), the space needed is small, the layout is compact, and the site arrangement of the existing steel making workshop (5) is not affected.
