Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to achieve a reduction in thickness of a blade driving device including a driving member and a reduction in installation area of the blade driving device including the driving member. A blade driving device 1 includes a base member 2 having an opening 2A, one or a plurality of blade members 3 that operate so as to enter the opening 2A or move out of the opening 2A, and a driving member 4 that is supported by the base member 2 and drives the blade members 3 while moving within a plane that intersects an optical axis passing through the opening 2A, wherein the driving member 4 is disposed so as to overlap with the blade members 3 around the opening 2A.
