Abstract:
A bistable pulse electromagnetic valve comprises: a valve core (1), a pulse coil (2), an upper housing (3), the first lower housing (4), the second lower housing (5) and a valve (6) with pressure inlet holes (61) and pressure outlet holes (62). The pulse coil (2) is arranged at the outside of the upper housing (3). The space between the first lower housing (4) and the second lower housing (5) to the space in the second lower housing (5) can be connected or disconnected by the round movement of the valve core (1) relative to the valve (6) in the upper housing (3). The valve core (1) is a permanent magnetic valve core. The bistable pulse electromagnetic valve further comprises an iron bracket (7) which is set beside the pulse coil (2) to locate the round movement of the valve core (1). The length of the valve core (1) is larger than the distance from the iron bracket (7) to the valve (6). The bistable pulse electromagnetic valve has low power consuming, fewer interior components, mass production conveniently and high reliability, which avoids disadvantages of present bistable pulse electromagnetic valve that has more interior components and complicated production.
