Abstract:
The present invention relates to GPC3xCD3 bispecific antibodies, GPC3xCD28 bispecific antibodies and the combination of two, agonistic and fully human κλ-bodies with one targeting GPC3xCD3 and the other targeting GPC3xCD28, and both not competing for the binding to GPC3. The present invention also relates to the use of the bispecific antibodies for the treatment of GPC3 positive malignancies.
