Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bispecific chimeric antigen receptor, and an immune cell, a preparation method, an application and a tumor treatment drug. Provided is a bispecific chimeric antigen receptor, the chimeric antigen receptor containing a B-cell surface antigen binding molecular domain and a tumor antigen binding molecular domain. A receptor cell expressing the chimeric antigen receptor can kill tumor cells and has a good therapeutic effect.
