Abstract:
The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to antipollution agents. The inventive biopreparation for reclamation of technogenically destroyed environmental object and recultivation of soil fertility comprises a porous vitreous phosphate-based carrier and physiologically active microorganisms which are artificially immobilised in the pores thereof and selected accordingly to a soil type. Said porous carrier is provided with interconnected pores, has a density ranging from 1.5 to 1.9 g/cm3 and is embodied in the form of foamed vitreous phosphates having a variable-composition and non-uniform structure. The inventive method for producing said biopreparation consists in carrying out the submerged cultivation of the physiologically active microorganisms on a liquid culture medium, preparing a bacteria-free carrier, carrying out a surface cultivation and impregnation of the microorganisms from solutions on the carrier which is embodied in the form of the foamed variable-composition vitreous phosphates provided with interconnected open pores and the density ranging from 1.5 to 1.9 g/cm3.
