Abstract:
Disclosed is a bionic coupling two-turbine hydraulic torque converter. The torque converter comprises a pump impeller (1), a first turbine (2), a guide impeller (3) and a second turbine (4). The polynomial of the circulation distribution function of a first turbine blade (21) is: y1 ＝ a1x1

2 + d1x1 + e1, wherein x1 is changes of horizontal ordinate of each equipartition point on the mean camber line, y1 is the corresponding circulation distribution value, and 3.0619 ≤ a1 ≤ 6.0894, -6.0787 ≤ b1 ≤ -3.8151, -0.406 ≤ c1 ≤ 0.0147, -0.1814 ≤ d1 ≤ 0.4725, 0.5972 ≤ e1 ≤ 1.5149. The first turbine blade of the present invention is a bionic blade, the present invention improves, when compared with an original conventional two-turbine hydraulic torque converter, the starting torque ratio and the efficiency, and a pump impeller capacity coefficient of the present invention is greater than that of the hydraulic torque converter with a conventional blade.
