Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a phospholipid/polymer bionic composite-formula membrane as well as a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. A raw material composition of the bionic composite-formula membrane comprises a phospholipid and a polymer, the polymer being a block polymer containing hydrophobic chain segments and hydrophilic chain segments, the weight-average molecular weight of the hydrophobic chain segments being 1000-4000 g/mol, and the weight-average molecular weight of the hydrophilic chain segments being 300-1000 g/mol. The bionic composite-formula membrane comprises polymer molecules and phospholipid molecules, and combines the advantages of a pure phospholipid membrane and a pure polymer membrane in physical and chemical properties, the characteristics of high stability and long service life of an original polymer membrane are kept, and the membrane fluidity is further improved. In addition, the interface performance can be improved by regulating and controlling the proportion of the polymer molecules and phospholipid molecules, so that the formed membrane has adjustable stability and permeability, rich chemical properties and biological functionality.
