Abstract:
Provided is a biological and electrochemical method for remediating contaminated soil, which method specifically relates to the technical field of soil remediation. Straw as a raw material is used as a main agent by a biological method, and the raw material is subjected to a hydrothermal treatment and then co-fermentation to prepare a soil bioremediation agent, which effectively inhibits soil-borne pathogens in the soil, increases the number of beneficial microorganisms, remediates the damaged ecological environment, and can also biodegrade pesticide residues in the soil. Furthermore, in combination with an electrochemical method, the transformation of heavy metal pollutants into ionic forms is promoted to form heavy metal ions, which in turn promotes the directional movement of heavy metal ions from the anode to the cathode. After the electrode is electrified, the pre-treated and activated heavy metal pollutants can quickly and efficiently undergo directional migration from the anode to the cathode under the action of an electric field, which is conducive to the removal efficiency of heavy metals. Therefore, the remediation effect on contaminated soil can be effectively improved by means of the mutual coordination between biological and electrochemical methods.
