Abstract:
A BIM-based adjustable comprehensive support and hanger system comprises at least two vertical rods, a buried plate is arranged on an upper portion of each vertical rod, fixing cross arms are connected between the vertical rods, and opposite hanger plates are arranged on every two adjacent vertical rods. An upper portion of a lead screw passes through a hanger plate, and an upper nut which is snap-fit with the upper portion of the hanger plate is provided on the lead screw, a lower portion of the lead screw passes through a movable cross arm, and a lower nut which is snap-fit with the lower portion of the movable cross arm is arranged on the lead screw. The present invention has the beneficial effects that the comprehensive support and hanger system has simple manufacturing process and convenient material selection, and is green, environment-friendly and energy-saving. The comprehensive support and hanger system is of an adjustable structure, has high universality and wide application range, is flexible and convenient to install and disassemble, and is capable of reducing material loss and reducing material cost. By using the comprehensive support and hanger system for construction of the electromechanical comprehensive pipeline of a long and narrow corridor of a basement, the height of the pipeline is flexibly controlled by adjusting the heights of the cross arms and tightening the lower nuts of the lead screws, and the construction efficiency is improved.
