Abstract:
A manufacturing method for a bicycle handlebar of the prevent invention, comprising: preparing a handlebar; coating a clamping position of the handlebar with a composite structure, wherein the composite structure comprises a resin film + carborundum + a resin film; then placing the handlebar coated with the composite structure into a mold; and carrying out heating and pressurization, so that the composite structure can be integrally formed with the handlebar, and the formed handlebar can form, at the clamping position, a rough section having a rough surface.
