Abstract:
The present specification discloses a bicycle crank transmission apparatus that can implement a transmission mechanism using a single chain ring. An embodiment of the aforementioned bicycle crank transmission apparatus comprises: an axial member having an empty space formed therein; a base plate having one side surface coupled with the axial member and an opposite side surface secured to a bottom bracket provided with a spindle; a chain ring housing coupled to the axial member so as to be rotatable and having a ring gear fixedly installed therein; a speed reduction gear unit disposed in the center of the ring gear; a directly-coupled ratchet unit installed on the ring gear; a crank cover having, in the center thereof, a vertical coupling shaft coupled with the spindle and, on the inner wall surface thereof, clutch ratchet saw teeth and directly-coupled ratchet saw teeth formed in parallel in the height direction; and a sun gear mounted on the coupling shaft to rotate only in the clockwise direction.
