Abstract:
A beverage foam tap device is equipped with: a soft tube (6) through the interior of which a beverage passes; a tube holder (20) for holding the tube (6); and an orifice-forming mechanism for pushing in the tube (6) held by the tube holder (20) with a pressing member (24) to elastically deform the tube (6) so that orifices (35) are formed therein. The tube holder (20) is provided with a bottom wall (28a), which in cooperation with the pressing member (24) clamps the tube (6), and a pair of side walls (28b) for limiting elastic deformation of the tube (6) to the sides as a result of the pressing. A through hole (27d) for allowing the advancement and retraction of the pressing member (24) is provided between the pair of side walls (28b).
