Abstract:
A belt pulley apparatus, comprising: an outer pulley ring (10), with a side face of the outer pulley ring (10) being provided with a first rim (11), and the first rim (11) being provided with a first notch (12); a hub (20), with a side face of the hub (20) being provided with a second rim (21), and the second rim (21) being provided with a second notch (22); a rubber ring (30), with the rubber ring (30) being arranged between the outer pulley ring (10) and the hub (20), and the first rim (11) and the second rim (21) protruding outwards relative to a side face of the rubber ring (30); and a monitoring apparatus, with the monitoring apparatus being connected to the hub (20), the monitoring apparatus being provided with a signal transceiver (40), and the signal transceiver (40), the first notch (12) and the second notch (22) being collinear. Further disclosed are a belt pulley failure monitoring system and monitoring method with the belt pulley apparatus. The signal transceiver of the monitoring apparatus monitors whether the first notch and the second notch are misaligned, such that the monitoring of the state of the rubber ring is realized, and the failure of the rubber ring can be monitored or discovered in a timely manner.
